SB-AS: Auto Start to be used only with the SB-MEF exhaust fan option. Two proximity sensors are mounted on the door track. When the doors are open the fan turns on, when the doors are closed the fan turns off. This option can be turned off and the fan can be turned on or off regardless of door position.

SB-DSF: Door Safety Feature-four proximity sensors are mounted on the door track, one for each door. If any door is open the spray head will not travel.

SB-EPS: Electrically Powered Shelf-The shelf can be raised or lowered by means of the touch screen. The shelf is suspended by a cable on each end and there is a ruler on the right end so you can always know the distance to the nozzle. Without this option the shelf is manually adjustable by lifting the shelf and moving brackets on each end.

SB-EPDP: Electro Pneumatic Air Regulator-The spray pressure can be adjusted by using the touch screen. The pressure can be in PSI, KPA or Bar. Without this option the pressure is adjustable with a manual regulator.

SB-SR: Simulated Rainfall. One separate nozzle located on the spray head that sprays water as the spray head travels back and forth for the time that you have set on the touch screen. This requires a water supply. There is a manual regulator to set the pressure of the water.

SB-IL: Internal Light-Two, 2 foot long dual LED lights are located above a piece of laminated glass on the ceiling of the chamber. This provides light inside the chamber. Without this option the inside of the chamber is shaded. The lights are turned on and off by the touch screen.

SB-EWWTP: External Waste Water Tank and Pump-Gravity takes the waste water to a stainless steel tank located on the right end of the chamber. This tank is a holding tank to collect enough waste to supply the pump. There are two float switches in the tank and when the waste reaches the upper float the pump turns on until the water goes below the bottom float. The pump can also be turned on and off without using the float switches. The pump discharges out of a flexible hose on the right end of the chamber. Usually the flexible hose is placed into a 50 gallon plastic drum to be hauled away to dispose of.

SB-MEF: Mounted Exhaust Fan- One fan located on the roof of the chamber near the back left corner. This fan is rated at 785CFM at static pressure and discharges out of a 6” round coupling.

SB-WWF: Waste Water Filter-The waste water filter is used only with SB-EWWTP. The pump is required to force the waste through the filter. The filter is a Matrikx that is designed to remove particulates and has some chemical absorption. After going through the filter the waste discharges out of a flexible line, usually into a 50 gallon plastic drum to be disposed of.

SB-MAFH: Mounted Air Filter Housing. The SB-CVF goes inside the housing. The SB-MEF mounts to the housing. Instead of having to find a way to mount the air filter housing yourself, the mounted air filter housing sits right on top of the chamber. All that is needed is to connect the fan to ducting that leads outside.

SB-CVF: Carbon V Air Filter- this filter is not attached to the sprayer. It gets mounted in the ductwork after the exhaust fan.

SB-IWS: Internal Washdown System-A series of ceiling mounted nozzles spray water against the inside of the chamber to rinse it out. This requires a water supply and is turned on and off by the touch screen.

SB-CO2C: 5lb Aluminum CO2 cylinder. Ships empty if going overseas. This cylinder can supply the spray pressure if no other air supply is available.

SB-PRG: Pressure Regulator and Gauge assembly. This is a regulator that goes on the SB-CO2C and is not needed unless the SB-CO2C is purchased.

SB-SF: Solvent Flush-A stainless steel tank is used to hold the solvent of your choice. This tank is then pressurized by air at a higher pressure than the spray. When a spray cycle has been completed you can push a button to inject the solvent into the brass header where it can be purged out through the nozzle.

SB-SSM: Spray Solution Mixer Pump-A small DC pump that circulates the chemical by pulling it out of one side of the spray header and pumping in the opposite side. This is helpful if spraying a chemical that settles extremely fast. If you do not spray chemicals that settle fast than this is not a good option for you. It is just more line and parts that need to be cleaned.

SB-RSHP: Removable Spray Head Package. This package includes a customized carriage that allows for quickly changing from one spray head to another. No bolts or pins, simply place the spray head assembly over the rivets and allow to slide down to lock into place. Lift up and pull out to remove. A quick coupling allows for easy connection of the air supply and a watertight connection for the 24V power supply is all you need to hook up. This package is designed for situations where contamination caused by residual chemical is a concern. The package comes with the custom carriage and two complete spray head assemblies. More head assemblies can be ordered as well.
